I find this video interesting and frustrating because I'm in Atlanta, where any talk of affordable housing near transit is poo-poo'd by Nimbys. (EDIT: Also, I live within screaming distance of a train station. But I live on the wrong side of the station, it seems. No access from where I am unless I trespass on railroad property, jaywalk over 2 busy roads, and enter the transit station via the bus drive-in with the "no pedestrian entrance" sign. Like what century are we in?)
