    *Ingredients*
    Chocolate mousse:
450g dark cooking or eating chocolate
    600ml hot boiled cream
    Cadbury Caramilk cream:
    190g block Cadbury Caramilk chocolate
    600ml hot boiled whipping cream
    Chocolate sauce:
200g dark cooking or eating chocolate
    160ml whipping Cream
    1) For the mousse, add the chocolate and hot cream to a jug and gently stir until the chocolate has melted.
    2) Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
    3) Finely chop the Caramilk chocolate and add it to a separate jug.
    4) Pour the hot cream over the Caramilk and stir until smooth.
    5) Separate the Caramilk cream into 12 dessert cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    6) For the chocolate sauce, add the chocolate and whipping cream to a jug. Microwave it for 30 seconds and stir, repeating this until it is smooth.
    7) Once it is cool, pour it over the Caramilk in the dessert cups and refrigerate for a further 30 minutes.
    8) Remove the chocolate mousse mixture from the fridge and use an electric whisk to whip it to stiff peaks.
    9) Transfer the mousse into a piping bag with a Russian ball tip and pipe it into the dessert cups.
    10) Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
    11) Enjoy!

    • @CupcakeSavvysKitchen
      @CupcakeSavvysKitchen  6 років тому

Whipped cream is pretty unstable and doesn't hold it's shape too well. If you mix some chocolate into it like I have done here it will whip up smooth and hold its shape really well. You can use cream and white chocolate if you like.
