Itel 2160 Mic solution. When the mic was replaced the mic is not still working. Multimeter was used to the test on board if the mic connector was reading fine, yes! It was reading fine on board but mic not still working after replacement.
With the help of series of examination carried out, we were able to come out with this simple solution with the help of using jumper to connect from a capacitor to a resistor mic.

The brown component you called ic is the Capacitor. If is damaged, you can replace it looking for a scrap board or panel to remove exactly like the capacitor that was on the old one.
