For many creators, UA-cam has really become less of a creative outlet and more of a profitable business. It's very cliché thing to say, but the wild west of UA-cam was probably the most fun this site has been.

I think it,s better for people to not lose their fricking minds over the simple words "cancel" or "allegations". It's hard to know where to draw the line and that's the reason why so many people gets cancelled over fake stuff and why many unsincere apology videos after doing deplorable shit get so many likes, but it's possible. Look at Vinny Vinesauce, community didn't go crazy immediately, Vinny gave the facts about what actually happened, there were even some videos recapitulating over it and breaking over the usual laws of everyone gets the fuck out when a fake or real accusation with not much proof is made, and Vinny took his time off the Internet he needed thanks to this. With, yes, not much backlash to the people who tried to bring him down, but I think it's best that way, plus nobody knew their accounts to begin with so that's a positive, no need to harrass anyone despite all.

I come to think about a theory that the “daughter” he told he had that makes him all his camera work and editing is actually his victim, he calls her that way publicly to avoid suspicion. While it might sound really cheap, he is aware of his younger fan base that he easily can manipulate to minimize suspicion. As we see with the fanboy just saying “Oh, I didn’t know he had a daughter”
    Great detail

In Russia ( country where I live ) there was a minecraft youtuber Firamir. He was a good guy and his friend Azlagor helped him, but one day..... they have started a real drama on UA-cam. Everything started after Firamir's stream. People in masks took him off camera and started "beating". After that, they became "enemies". They even had a box fight on one festival. Everything ended, when Firamir and Azlagor understood that nobody watches them. They told that that was a big lie. After that, thousands of people unsubscribed from them. Firamir tried to do more videos, but every time he tried, everything ended with drugs or alcohol. Now they are making child videos that get few hundred views. If someone of you will be interested in it, I will try to find their channels and share links with you. Sorry for possible mistakes, I'm only studying English

This is exactly what I'm right now going through. Recently, allegations came out about a UA-camr called Guitarherostyles grooming minors and commiting s*xual ab*se to someone. Guitar was one of my favorite content creators. Every single video he posted was great, always making my day better. And as you probably already deduced, this truly hit me hard. The fact that someone I idolized was like this is just heartbreaking. I don't know if all of this is true (because there is not enough evidence), but if it is, then my respect is absolutely done. This doge is basically me when all of this happened. It's truly horrible and disgusting than someone would do this. And the worst part is that apparently he is still making videos, practically ignoring the whole situation. We need some for all evidence to come out, but I think this guy should AT LEAST take a time from the internet. It's the best he can do for now. I just want to say that I feel absolutely regretful for liking this guy, not knowing the truth. From now on, I will only like UA-camrs from their content, but not idolizing them, that is a really bad idea. This was long, but just know this was my life during the days of October 23rd to 24th, which are the date where the whole situation began.

He first was like "sorry everyone, i know this is bad and I'll fix everything" and now he's denying everything and calling it false because if he was honest he would lose his job as a UA-camr.
