What dose the update bring to the BE?

This is mostly to fix issue with transferring impulse city digimon from mobile apps to VBBE. There were some errors in the codex previously. It caused the transferred digimon to appear differently than the digimon in you mobile app. e.g. when you transfer boutmon from mobile to VBBE, yout boutmon become pulsemon and you will lose your boutmon

Is it ok to have digimon in the BE or we have to transfer first the digimon in VB arena before upgrading?

It is okay to have Digimon while upgrading. As shown in the video, the Myotismon was there when we did the upgrading. Of course, just to be safe you can always transfer you Digimon to the app before upgrading.
