100 Raw score could be 510 scaled score for a batch ,or the same 100 Raw score could be even 440 scaled score for another batch. It depends upon lots of factors like difficulty of questions etc. The exact mechanism is not disclosed by ISACA.

is the same scoring pattern followed today as well? Immediately after the completing the exam preliminary score was showing failed and do we have any chance to pass after cutover which we need to wait until 10 days.

Yes same pattern is followed even now. The chances are very negligible as preliminary results are deemed to be final ones.
