  • This was a perfect holiday meal for sure! Boneless leg of lamb from Wild Fork foods, cooked sous vide at 134f for 5 1/2 hours then roasted on the spit to get. nice char! Super easy but super delicious!

    Looks tasty Darren. Better not left to chance, but I wonder how that netting would have held up to the searing process.
