What a wonderful offering....I wonder what happened to the current owners. It seems as though they really put some time and effort into building their home/hotel/business....Hope they are ok...
The current owners are doing very well but they want to move into semi retirement and will move full time to their other villa

Another beautiful property. It only needs some cosmetic renovations, additional lighting in the living room and a skilled gardener to spruce up the vegetation around the home. Additionally, is the owner actually leaving the compressor, diagnostic machine and other equipment in the garage and does the property come with employees knowledgeable about the customers and workings of the two businesses? 13M THB seems kind of cheap for all that comes with the property. Is there a hidden situation forcing the owner to sell?
Sadly all the equipment in the garage will be removed.
The owners are a lovely couple who just want to spend more time enjoying the fruits of their labor. They want to sell but understand there are many villas on the market so they want to be competitive with the price they put it on the market at.
Other agents told them to put it on at 15 million, buy the owners felt this was too greedy and wanted to put it on at 12. Currently it is only being advertised through our channels as they disagree with the excess price other agencies want to charge
They are genuinely the nicest couple. Spent several hours chatting to them before and after shooting about their plans for the future and about the love and time they have put into this place
