Funny enough, I actually had to use Sleeping Rin to understand how to do the middle bit. It's really wonky with a PS4 controller to alternate holds and taps

What control scheme are you using, I'm using the first one and it's quite inconvenient
I use a PS4 controller when playing Muse Dash. Left/Circle/R1 buttons for Ground notes, Up/Triangle/L1 buttons for Sky notes.

It's a real level. Disorder is part of the paid song packs, it's not in base Muse Dash
