He also had a moment on the SM Town stream talking about everything in his music and MVs is his own vision and has nothing to do with the SM Kwangya world stuff, then SM edited it out of the replay stream lol. He does a lot of the visual direction and styling for himself, SHINee, and other SM artists.
i think key definitely had a hand in the outfit choice and styling but he also worked with punkyspider, the same guy who styled shinee don't call me, taemin advice, and onew dice! i hope you rewatch with the lyrics bc they were on there! but the video was so much to take in i didn't watch the first time with them either lol. also check out the whole album it's soo good and the physical versions are gorgeous and were his idea too
