For those who want to know: this is a sequel to Far Cry: Blood Dragon, a DLC campaign for Far Cry 3, that was made using Trials.
Blood Dragon is a separate game from FC3, i.e an "expandalone".
And it's easily one of the best things developed by Ubisoft in the last decade.
I'd like to think that there was a Trials dev that made a grapple mechanic. After showing to to the rest of the team, the team followed up with "screw it, we'll have fun with it by making it a Miami Blood Dragon fever dream."
As someone that has "poi' as their text notification sound, this full restored hp and mp.
