The new non-enzymatic recovery solution is not limited to cell harvesting from our VitroGel hydrogels but as a replacement for cell harvesting from animal-based ECM cultures. This new recovery solution boasts a fast 2-min dissociation of animal-based ECM for intact organoids/cells. For both animal-based ECM and VitroGel hydrogels, cell recovery can be accomplished in 5-15 minutes. The cell recovery solution supports a high recovery rate and cell viability of intact organoids/cells for passaging, cryopreservation, or subsequent biochemical analysis.

Hello. In my current project, I grew my cells in 3D culture with gel made of alginate and gelatine. Can I use this product to collect the spheroid? And if yes, the collected one will be intact spheroids, or single cells disintegrated from the spheroids?
