@@eddluireg I appreciate you taking the time to watch it there is a few shorts up on UA-cam I work for a pool company and we finally got to take it to the job so I am uploading bits and pieces you get a lot of looks when you set up a camera LOL
I wear shin guards, back brace, and added a seat belt. added a seat hold down bolt assembly. The seat will no move if you have an accident. Does the extra counter weight help, or would you even know? I have 25 hours on my unit. The hydraulics are powerful enough enough to easily lift either end of the machine . I use mine for digging up mesquit trees. The way I use mine is to dig around the trees, then use a saw saw to cut the roots off. I'm maintaining a 55 acre fence line with my unit. When you buy any new unit, check all fluid levels, I had to add both hydraulic fluid , and engine oil also. I purchased a battery powered grease gun also. I own a H12R unit. I like it , for $6,600 delivered I'm enjoying it.
@@troyb.4101 thanks for the comment so I would say the counterweight does a great job you wouldn't really think so but that extra 160 lb behind the operator really makes a huge difference and I know all about that oil stuff I change my motor oil every 8 hours and I've already changed the hydraulic fluid once I like the machine seems pretty solid but my biggest gripe would be the slop in the bushings check out some of my other videos you can tell it's pretty stable 😁 and as far as the bushings I've already designed and built a line bore machine and I will be fixing that pretty soon we are just so busy right now
The pin where your boom connects to your house looks to be short and one side is riding on threads and not pin shoulder creating slop. I'm not sure this is the case, but have seen it in a couple auction machines.
I appreciate the advice I will 100% be pulling the boom and looking at the bushings because it is a pain in the ass trying to do fine-tune work with that much play if I find something crazy I will definitely be making a video about it
It honestly works pretty damn good I'm going to post another video using it pretty soon I listed links to the website for the machine and the Amazon link for the jackhammer please keep in mind these are low flow jackhammers they operate between 5 to 7 gpm
@@405musclecars5 it is sloppy I mean with everything I dove more into it and started putting a dial indicator on the bushings and pins push through there's over 125,000 of play definitely have plans to make new bushings
@@NorCalNative530 I purchased my machine in late July. It was due to arrive in late September. But they made a nice upgrade to the new line (mine now has 2 speed drive) that didn't cost me extra (except time for delivery). So I'm happy about that.
@@SleepingGaint yes it was but its getting more prevent now that the machine is getting hours on it 😔 up to 50 witch is nothing but damn it's really annoying you can really tell when running jackhammer because of all the weight on the boom
@@SleepingGaint from what I understand it is only the gas units that have the really bad slop there is a couple people on UA-cam that have the 3500 lb diesel machine and they seem to have no complaints it's just so bizarre to me that they would make it this loose I'm about to post a video showing that it's almost 125.000 slop between the bottom of the boom and the knuckle
thanks for the video , ill be looking out for more videos

Where did you purchase it?
How does the breaker perform with that small units hydraulic oil flow?

You need to double axle the trailer. four tires will be much safer. I like the trailer, but one axle ? You should be able to upgrade it.
I bought the XH42D and I have the same kind of issues with that swing bearing. Drives me nuts. Really hard to be precise.

My XH20D should arrive next month. I'll be pretty upset if my machine has the same issue with the boom. I'll be looking for future videos!
Keep us updated…. I’m looking into this escalator and this company prides themselves on quality…. Keep us updated brother

Was that slop in the hoe there from the beginning?

@ Isn this slop problem just with the gas units? Have you heard of the bigger ones having this issue?
