I went to the Tribute to Taylor Swift concert in Denver, Colorado at the Wings over the Rockies Museum in Lowry. My wife and I had a great time, but there were absolutely some surprises and things that would've helped us be better prepared for the whole experience. From what to wear, how long the show runs, and what the atmosphere is like, this video will help you know what to expect from the Candlelight Concert experience put on by Fever.
Overall, I really enjoyed this concert. The atmosphere created by the string quartet (Range Ensemble) combined with the candles made for a really relaxing, unique experience that's a little different when you're looking for things to do in your city at night.

I went to a Fleetwood Mac one last year at the Kirk of Highland. The best thing about it was that it was a unique experience. The artists seemed to really enjoy performing with each other. I agree with you about the length of the concert being just right. The venue of the Kirk is really beautiful and it's in a great location for restaurants if you want to have dinner before the show.

Fantastic review! I just saw one of the shows last night in Brooklyn N.Y. that included a ballet to Vivaldi's 4 seasons and it was absolutely beautiful. My only critique is I felt there were too many speaking breaks in between although some were quite funny so I didn't mind that much.

Saw the Fleetwood Mac performance in the Old South Church in Boston this past weekend. The venue setting was beautiful and while the duo performed wonderfully, the volume or amplitude of the music was VERY UNDERWHLEMING. It would have been amazing if it was amped up a little bit. Agree, maybe once or twice a year.
What was the dress code/how were people dressed?

I did film with my phone for this 🙂I wasn’t actually sure I was going to make a video, and then it just worked out! I bet the bag policies would be different by venue. I can’t imagine they’d allow a tripod like most concerts, but I’d shoot them an email to ask!
They're doing a best of Hans Zimmer in Houston. I think I'm going to have to check it out.

Just saw a quintet perform Radiohead last night at Kirk of Highland in Denver, CO. It was absolute magic. Arrangements were mind-blowing. I thought they could have charged more. Event guy hooked me and my girl up with front row when we came in late and had Zone B so yeah, these are even better than this guy describes. Do it.

I saw an ad for this concert. Looked like a ton of candles were used. When I saw the house lights up in the airplane hanger it didn't look like a lot of candles. When the lights went out the lighting looked sufficient. I still feel i was shorted 10,000 candles. The song before "Blank Space" was too high pitch. Too much violin. Not sure how they make any money doing these intimate shows after paying for the licenses to play T-Swizzle's music, hiring the musicians, hiring tour staff, renting out the venue, and advertising. Seems like a break even kinda event. 🎼 🎻 🎼 🎻
What time would be best to pull up , to get better seats . I’ll be going with my wife Jun 15 , C. Vivaldi ‘s Four Seasons & more .

Great question! Surprisingly no one did 😂 but I went before the tour came to Denver, so the Swifties weren’t at full speed just yet.

Since you pay for seating by zone, how is seating done? We just bought tickets for a U-shaped venue. I’d like to try and get in the center - first come first served? We choose our seats?
It might vary by venue, but it was first come first serve for us! We could sit anywhere in the zone that was open when we arrived.

If you scroll down on the Fever website, there’s usually a tentative set list :) It might change depending on the night, but that’ll give you an idea!
After looking through the FAQs and not seeing anything, what is the dress code for these events?
Pretty much whatever you want! I think better than sweats, but about 50% of people were dressed nice. Everyone else was pretty normal casual work vibes, but it was a very cold day here.
How would you describe the dress attire? do we have to go all fancy?
Most people were dressed pretty comfortably! A few families dressed up, but it was definitely not a night at the symphony for most 🙂
Does it matter where you sit for these concerts? Is there any benefit to getting the closest seats? Seems like a fairly big premium to sit closer for a small venue.
I think especially if you’re sitting in a circle, there’s not much of a difference for an unobstructed view. I’d save yourself the extra $!

They do! You probably can't walk around during it, but you can definitely film from your seat.
How do people dress? Back in the day when I was a kid in the 90s if we went to a special event like this we dressed up. It's been a while for me now and I'm wondering how people dress for them. We're thinking of going in January.
Pretty much however you want! Some people come dressed up for sure, but others come straight from work. No one wore sweats from what I could see, but it’s pretty dark 🙂

We had a crazy poor customer experience. A lot of people that went to the vancouver showing didn't realize they lock you out of the venue when you show up late. We got there 15 mins early but couldn't find parking downtown. There were 15+ people waiting outside with no staff or any info about what was going on with their tickets. I wonder how many more people gave up after circling around before the crowd formed, thinking they were scammed.
If they really need 30-45 mins before the event starts to seat people they should really put the arrival time earlier on the event info, with staff to inform people outside.
Overall, really bummed

I feel really bad for your experience but the app is pretty clear about this. A lot of concert experiences have the same policy. Still sorry to hear you went through that.

I think so! Since there aren’t too many people, you should still have a pretty good view.
My experience with candlelight
We were 1min late because there was a traffic accident while driving to the venue.
We got in time and the emcee was still speaking and doing introductions but the staff told us that we have to wait for the first song to be over to get seated, we bought zone a tickets but got seated at the back. The dumbest thing is we were able to seat at zone a when they let us in. We didnt disturb anyone or the concert while doing so, since we bought zone a tickets i assumed it would be fine but then as we were sitting already the staff scolded us and told us to not seat there and sit at the back instead. It was very disappointing. Waste of money, whats the use of buying zone A tickets if you’re just gonna get seated at the back? The staffs decision doesnt make sense
Dont go if i were you just listen to it in your house and light a candle what a waste of money

I’d check the seating chart! If it’s only 5 rows or something, you’d probably have a similar experience in the back. Since our stage was raised, I definitely could’ve sat a few feet back and saved the $.

My guess is that it would be all instrumental. I don’t think anyone in the comments has mentioned a singer anywhere so far!
I went to the Vivaldi concert at my local cathedral, and unfortunately it was a very forgettable experience. The music was lovely, but there was no elevated seating which meant that I saw no candlelight , and therefore no magical atmosphere . I’m sure the people in the front rows would have had a different experience to those of us further back.
Can you record the entire concert?
Good question! No one tried but I bet they would frown upon that, unless it was creating promotional content for them. Maybe get in touch with the venue first!
