The reporter has some audacity. The reporter knew he would not get anything like that from William. This is exactly why Harry and Meghan ran for their lives. They did not want to put in the work that these wonderful Royals do. I am an American and I don’t understand people that want to abolish the Royal family. They do so much worthwhile work in their country. I would gladly pay that whatever it is daily in our country if we had people like them that went out almost every day of their life to make other people feel better. Also I don’t think these people have thought this through. The amount of jobs that depend on the royal family. When I mean by this is not only are there thousands of shops that sell merchandise to tourist. But also imagine the jobs lost creating the merchandise, delivering them to the store the people that work at these outlets. All that would be gone. The royal family is an industry to the UK. I don’t understand why the people that want to abolish then don’t think this through. They don’t need to do this job. They have enough money to retire and live extremely quality lives for generations. Yet they choose to do the work that they do. I can’t imagine what it would cost to replace the thousands of things they are involved with. Not only their visits but the charities that they make sure are flourishing. I said God bless the Royals.

The funniest part of the book was when Harry took Meghan to dianas grave and Meghan put her hands on Dianas headstone and cried said she was talking to Diana in the afterlife , l bet it took all her acting skills for that one. lm sure Harry beleived it and found it moving
Don't like to comment but a moment of silence to actually remember the late Diana would have been more appropriate... i dunno i haven't read the book, maybe she felt emotional,I bet Diana was an amazing women, i dunno i wasn't around when she was around, but meghan always has to make it about her, instead of respecting someone else and their family for once.

He used to strike people as silly in his strong opinions regarding conservation, scientifically sound agriculture, value of classic architecture...well, his views are now policy and proved right. He believes in the worth of people of all groups and uses the monarchy's resources to improve life throughout the UK and the Commonwealth. And without meddling too deeply in politics, he seeks to influence good policy by good example and good diplomacy. The king is a basically decent and good man. Fortunately his heir is as well. Too bad about the Spare. Can't win 'em all, particularly as that Spare is so determined to self-sabotage and be a total loser and follow the toxic advice of a psychotic, amoral, unethical spouse.

I doubt very much any of the royal family is deeply hurt by what sounds like the whining and 'look at ME' flavor of that particular book. Disappointed in its' author's lack of maturity and judgement perhaps, but not hurt. That part I am sorry they have to go through.

With respect it's not a miserable one, it's a very dedicated, hardworking one, in which they give and receive so much love, affection, respect and loyalty. It's the life they were born into and William knew this from the start and has embraced it as the true royal he is and his mother was was so proud that he was to be King one day. If only she was here to see her amazing son handle himself with such dignity, integrity and class as does his beautiful wife. Diana was exactly the same as William and Catherine she enjoyed her duties, never moaned or whinged, and just like her son and daughter-in-law she was truly loved by so many around the world. I'm sure she would be furious with harry for his dreadful dispicable bullying behaviour, she did say in a video I saw that Harry bullied William quite often and that Harry often said he wanted to be King. Like Edward the Eighth could not remain King because the Church of England said he could not marry a divorced woman. Bizarre theology there as the C of E was founded on giving King Henry the Eighth divorces when he wanted one. Alternatively some really terrible story comes out about a spoilt totally non self aware Royal twit like the one with a special friend who died. Alternatively unsuitable spares make idiots of themselves complaining about how much bigger their brothers bedroom was when they lived at a palace. England is a republic hiding behind a monarchy. When the republic gets a nice boring, reliable monarch the nation is its normal muddling through semi chaotic self. When we have someone who thinks their a star and have a voice (opinions they force on the uninterested) then trouble brews and the English, in particular, awaken from their normal slumber on big issues and become hyper Germanic (disciplined, organised and ruthless) and get rid of unsuitable royals by one means or another. If we abolished the monarchy we would have an elected President. Then we would be a monarchy hiding behind a republic, like America.
Spend tax payers money and all the wealth they plundered from the commonwealth over the years.
