T&C Factory Tour

Billabong Surf TV stops by the T&C Surfboard Factory in Wahiawa where host Chris Latronic meets up with shaper Glenn Pang and surfer Mikala Jones to get a tour of the facility and see some of the new shapes.

I was never that impressed with T&C after Glenn Minami left, because Minami was so darn good. So Minami went to start Blue Hawaii, and that was great, but I still wasn't that impressed with glen pang's boards, until later when he started getting all the missing links to his shapes dialed in, and by the 2010's, I noticed huge jump in the performance of Glenn pang's boards. Then throughout the 2010's I noticed solid results with his riders, increasing until now. And when he changed his logo to the new pang. He said I don't know I might change it. I told him, that's one of the best logos in the business, don't change it. It's so good. And here he is, and I'm glad he still has that. And he has the ability to keep any pro in the run for the finals of any contest. Yeah Glenn, you go brahdah...

Hi my name is James Hutcherson I’m in Texas. I have an 9’surf board that has that has TANAKA surf boards on top and bottom it’s has a number on the top it reads 475 on the fin end was wondering if that’s a production number that Tommy put on them back in the day. And was hoping to ask if he might know around the year it was built
