I've never had shrimp enchiladas, because I'm always scared to order shrimp at restaurants 😆 but they sound so good! Flour tortillas may not be authentic for enchiladas in Mexican food, but they are authentic in Tex-Mex! I can go to any Mexican restaurant here and order enchiladas with corn OR flour tortillas. It's actually really common. 😁

I think chicken would be delicious in it! Oops, so sorry, I should have explained. Beaver nuggets are from Buc-ee’s. They’re almost like a cheese puff texture just crunchier and instead of savory they’re very very sweet. Another viewer said they remind her of Corn Pops
Hi Maegen - very interesting way to do the Meatloaf! I am going to try that. I am old fashioned - I still make my biscuits in my old wooden biscuit bowl that my Dad used 50 years. A little flour, crisco, buttermilk..turn it a few times and pinch off the biscuits and roll em around in your hand and into the pan.. 6 minutes start to finish. Of course, I've been doing this a few years..hahaha... That popcorn spray looked interesting. Granny hugs from Biloxi, MS..
Hello from Mississippi. I cook my corn-cut off corn- like your mom. Love skillet corn or creamed corn, we call it. Meatloaf looked good. Will give it a try. I will look for that buscuit mix also. I love a good salad for dinner! Your snack plates looked appetizing! Enjoyed the video.
