Hey saff just wanted to help you out because I know you want healthier hair! I’m a hairdresser and have been going through a similar problem over the past few years with over bleached over processed hair. You should definitely use a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, sulphate strips the hair of all the natural oils, promotes hair loss etc a really good one is neal and Wolf harmony shampoo and conditioning treatment which you can purchase from salons. Also the hair oil from Neal and wolf is good to put the moisture back into your hair, seal the cuticle and stop frizz as damages hair goes very frizzy due to the porosity use this when wet or dry. Because your hair is so short and takes ages to dry is a sign of extreme porosity so be careful of your hair when it’s wet (don’t be too rough) also are you getting the olapex 1&2 in the salon? The olapex at home step number 3 is weaker than the salonnone so I would definitely reccommend to do that, as olapex only strengthens the hair it doesn’t moisturise it so you need to be adding moisture pleaaase! Haha hope this helps because I know how frustrating it can be doll cxxxx
