What a value for the money! Just under $30 for a winch servo?! Uh yes, please! Even if you never use it, it adds weight up front and helps balance out having an offset steering servo. Also, how do you like my "ghetto lizard" shocks??
My spool is either hitting the steering linkage or the panhandle (depending on if I mount the servo forward or reverse).
Yours cleared?
Mine clears fine, at full articulation it might bump a tad. I also have a lot more travel than the factory shocks too but it can't flex that much on its own normally. I'll see if I can do a video on it.
There are two options to buy, I accidentally ordered the standard spool. I just order a low profile. It will clear either direction.

How has that servo winch held up to 7.4v
@@marklarsen-ne2ws So far, so good. I’ve even run it through a river where it was mostly submerged for a while. I don’t use it very often, cause I usually don’t get stuck with this setup but it’s been used a bit.

Are you using the stock radio to control your truck and servo winch?
Yes! There is a switch for channel 3. Just have to be careful not to bump it or leave it switched on. Just had it out today and was playing with the winch.
