Feel good songs love the restrained guitars and Randy californias delicate and comforting vocals arguable better than the original artists versions my ear worm is fully satisfied and what a heroic dad drowned saving his son my god emotionally sad just thinking about that 😢

I could never tire of this album. A trip worth taking. lol I was truly spoiled over a period of 18 months by this band, with this album, Son Of Spirit and Farther Along.
I have a copy of this LP signed by Randy California and I filmed and posted footage of him at the show he signed it at. Great talent, nice guy, tragic loss....one of my all time favorite LPs.
Have this on vinyl and cd , a masterpiece, on a par with electric ladyland ( in my humble opinion) , well let's face it , Hendrix & Randy were soul bros! Lolx

This song takes me back to 97. I bought it in cassette and I would play it in my car all the time. Not their best, but still a great album, had a certain mood. I am please to hear it again. Thanks

used to have this album and used to experience boo coo good karma from it with large quantities of hallucinogenic drugs.....now that I practice sobriety I can really tell how truly beautiful Randy california and whatever lineup was on a particular album was. thank you for posting. As you tube being the only way I get this hip music please post up all their albums!

Always liked Spirit. I have all their stuff. I did however have to pry my future wife from the amorous attentions of Ed Cassidy at the Hammersmith Odeon in London. He wanted to drag her off in the tour bus to their hotel. Cheeky sod. But still funny.
Same thing happened to me when Dickey Betts and I had a tug-of-war over my date. I won, but I didn't marry her - evening ended with me being chased down the street by her mother. Never saw her again...
I got this when it was released and got to see Randy and Ed many times .. and talk with them after the shows ... He was awesome
The album was a masterpiece, and one of my all time favourites.
