Youre fine. Its commodity kids would run and get pokemon cards its parents fault and valve little at how easy it is to make payments. Valve should text code to phone for adding balance etc

Actually, china announced these regulations but it caused a market sell off that wiped out about 20 billion in value from netease the owner of buff marketplace and they backpedaled on regulation

Cases are allowed in Germany, the Netherlands did ban them as far as I know.
