    Trading, for me, has been one of my largest spiritual battles, causing me to confront so many other seemingly unrelated battles and bad habits in my life...and is also one of the greatest gifts i've stumbled upon...this ish heavy

    Overthinking leads to overreacting and that is the root of most of your troubles. Thanks Oliver V. I hope you never stop putting this awesome content out into the universe.

    Literally my biggest problem. I keep telling myself "QUIT F****ING THINKING, YOU DONT KNOW SH***- JUST FOLLOW YOUR SYSTEM!". Glad I'm on the right track.

    Best line 4 me… you can witness the thought but you can’t be a thought 👍👍👍 I think that’s why they say… you have no one to win over but yourself

    "Insanity is overthinking"-- Powerful

    Thank you Oliver! Divine wisdom this video👏🏾🙏🏽❤️
    Accepting we’re ever evolving is core to accepting we’re not perfect & striving to be. So;
    - Embracing humility is KEY to our growth--for everyone, everything helps us grow (good or bad…).
    - Humanity (love) is KEY to selflessness, forgiveness, flexibility.
    However, overthinking is “enemy” to one’s clarity & ability to “own checks & balances, and stock taking/reflections…” thereby slowing our growth, or deviating us downhill. But if we take the growth route, we become wiser, more loving, humble and in control of our true selves (values, inner happiness and peace…).
    However, overthinking is huge in cementing our ego, stubbornness and foolishness….
    The Bible teaches us “humility and love” hugely and that we’re created in God’s image.
    Human is powerful, and even more powerful when knowing thyself. We appreciate your invaluable wisdom🙏🏽

    Great video! Thank you!. 12:30 "...are you the thinker or the trader?" Simple statement to help us realize that our external thoughts/feelings influence and interfere with our trades. The biggest hurdle to successful trading. Instead of reacting to a chart or setup, we try to fit the chart to our bias. The sooner I become Dr Spock 🖖 when trading, the better. Thank you again!

    I'm very glad to hear this. I started trading to find myself. It was never for the money. I know it sounds strange but it's true. I thought I was kind of delusional to think this way but now that I heard you I know I'm right. Thank you!

    The purpose of thought is to control behavior that leads to intended consequences. Therefore, unintended consequences require either modification of the thought, or thinking differently. However, not modifying unrealistic, non reality based thinking and expecting an intended consequence is insanity. Insanity is the failure of the mind to self correct for intended consequences.

    I completely agree, trading has made more disciplined in my day to day activities, forget about just becoming better trader, I have tried daily to be better, be disciplined as a father, as a husband, as a son and a brother. I have started doing 15k steps daily for past 5 weeks
