I can't quite figure out what information gets scraped from a website when this happens? Sometimes not all the info seems to come through to my KB. It would be great to get a clearer grasp of this. ❤
I've had similar issues in the past. When I dropped the entire sitemap of a website into the KB, the responses got worse. I had to trim / delete down the amount of URLs so the KB wasn't "watered down" with information. Garbage in, garbage out. I'll have to think further about a deep dive into the scraping / KB before releasing something, but thanks for the idea!

I know what we’re talking about here is a really simple thing but I think it’s important to get a comprehensive understanding of the simple things sometimes so you can fully appreciate how to get the best from it. Doesn’t seem easy to find upto date info from VoiceFlow on some of the most recent functionality. I’m struggling with that AI response block as well a bit. When I set it to look at the knowledge base, you have three windows you can potentially place prompts in and Incant figure out which of them in reality does take precedence- the prompt box in the KB, the instruction window in the AI Response block, or the System window in the AI Response block (when set to override KB prompt). It all seems very inconsistent.
This is excellent! A more full size chatbot screen would make the conversation easier and how the calendly. My question now is: How can I get this ChatBot to be a 'full size' chatbot? or Embedd voiceflow chatbot to be larger on a page or a block on a page (i.e. Softr block)

very good content, with this work you save a lot of time and errors, the only problem is that some servers will give you problems due to security issues when incorporating an in the chatbot, especially WhatsApp
In WhatsApp's privacy policies, the use of is prohibited, so for WhatsApp this integration does not work, s unfortunately not for WhatsApp, meta has many restrictions for WhatsApp.
hi there, great video, Voice flow has done an update with set function to add the URL. I've tried following your video and others too that have the same concept of integration of calendly however I can get past this step. any advice?
How did you add that fully sized Calendly on the desktop site for your agency? I'm trying to implement something similar, but struggling to get it to look good on both mobile and desktop. Would you be able to share how you got the styling to look so good?
I think Meta's restrictions are preventing the from rendering at the moment. I know a few people that are working on potential solutions for this, but I'm not aware of any at the moment.

Cannot GET seems to me that you added an API Call Block.
The isn't an API call, the script gets inserted directly into a text block.
