Some Hints that can help you solve Home Work Questions : - Kindly note that the questions where BEST crux/inference/idea etc is being asked Owing to the fact that Most statements can be individually correct ,elimination may not be that smoother, so better strategy would be to focus on more generalised & wholesome statement focussing on the issue as a whole rather than specific facts of that topic. Because when UPSC is asking for Best statement that means It wants you to understand the broader view of the topic/issue rather than bogus facts . So in Nutshell try to choose the option which gives you a best summarised / generalised / non controversial / broader view (sometimes vaguely mentioned )of the topic being discussed after doing proper relative comparison among all the options. for example in Question1 there was only one statement talking about the problem of light pollution in general w/o using any controversial language and other 3 statements were focussing on the facts and UPSC is not there to check your factual knowledge . It wants to test your intellect and your broad-based thinking over the topics. BONUS TIP : In the Actual Exam You can read the HINDI TRANSLATION of the statement if you are unable to interpret it well .

sir can u make a video to deal with recent upsc csat papers passages questions (2023,2022,2021) as we can see a significant shift in question and difficulty and many tricks that used to work before arent that helpful these days
No offense just a correction,sir.For Q. no.1 most appropriate statement answer will be option D which is a more balanced statement than statement no 2.Official upsc ans also provides the very same.Option no. 2 statement is extreme in that sense as it says ''permanent ''adverse impact as it sounds.
