It's so true about never being too old to study.. At 48 I'm considering a whole career change and looking at yoga teacher training.. I'm also learning Chinese.. I try not to let age effect me and my choices.. Thanks for a great video and hope Jay is feeling better soon

Ari, there are great mandarin shows on Netflix. I started to learn the language by watching tv shows. My local library also has resources for language learning that are free. I would love to see more of your journey in learning the language. I am in WNC working in higher education. It is wonderful that Jay wants to go back to school. It is never too late to learn and grow.

Even though I am born and raised in China, I still cannot take beef tripe. The texture and the fact that it's from cow's stomach are freaking me out lol. Ari is so brave! I am living in Seattle, WA now.

煮調過程是樂趣，4年前我連斬雞也不懂，偶然在油管看到教人做薏米檸檬去濕飲料，就學做。後發現該師傅有大量教材是做餸菜。我揀家人喜歡吃的去學做。第一次買了隻冰鮮雞。老婆問我為何玩那麼大。(她也不懂煮餸)我說不好食也不用放棄，下次會好的。之後疫情來了，少出外吃，慢慢現在學了幾拾種家常餸菜。先理解食材特性，用對方法，今次味道欠什麼，下次改善。現在大時大節兄弟姐妹等到來我家吃飯。每人自帶外賣盒。看到清盘後有點成就感。😁
虽然都是繁体字但是我感觉阁下是香港的？
