Tim, so to bake in the oven you close both door vents, open the window vent on the top left and close the damper (pull lever forward)? I bought my nectar oven new, probably seven years ago and I just cannot bake in it. Either stuff doesn’t get done or it starts burning. For one thing, the temperature gauge on the front of it doesn’t work. So I have to put an oven thermometer on the inside and then that takes up room. My main dislikes are the fact that it doesn’t have an ashtray. So I have to let the fire totally go out to take the ashes out as they build up or I’m caring, hot coals that are putting off sparks as I’m walking across the house to go dump them from a pale if I don’t let them cool. The second thing I hate about it is if I stock it full of wood at night and go to bed. Everything is burned up within three hours and I have a hard time getting it started again maybe I’m not doing the vents right once I stock it up with wood. Once I stack it up full of wood at night how should I have the vents? Should everything be closed up? I normally leave the fence on the front of the stove open on the doors, I leave the handle, pulled out at the top, left up by the window and then of course the dampers shut. Am I doing it right? I just cannot keep this going all night three hours max and then I’m dealing with hot coals that I’m having to get starter wood to restart it all.
I couldn't hear when you demonstrated the bottom shelf, so what goes in there or what are vacuuming. Again what materials you made your stove and warranty of the material since fire is burning. Lastly wonderful cooked food

This looks to be the XL version in this video. We have the XL & it is a fantastic multipurpose woodstove.
