Is the heat required only for the battery removal, or is it needed to remove the vol/power ribbon and vibration motor?

I did everything and when i tried to turn on my phone the battery started charging then it stopped and started flickering. I might need a new battery beacuse the back of my battery the paper had holes in it from taking it off.

After doing this, the screen is completely loose? Do I have to glue it on?

Doing this repair currently and now the phone will not turn back on im not sure what i have done wrong i followed all of the steps in the video but i will admit i had trouble with the battery and it did bend slightly could that be my issue? thanks!
