Doing My Best On Fathers day

Fathers day can be difficult if you don't have a great relationship with your father. My father did his best and now I'm doing my best to possibly move past the past. I want you to know if you relate to this video you are not alone.

You are not responsible for anyone's happiness but your own. I am proud of you for putting yourself first. You can love your dad and still keep distance for your own mental health.
