you were not wrong about the mineral layout. the same thing is on radhuset as well. there are optimized mineral layouts, which is why every mineral like should look the same, depending on orientation (there is some science in a forum somewhere that explains it and why), but that is why mapmakers use those mineral lines, and why they are the same on most every map. radhuset eg. has a different mineral layout, and it really shouldnt...
That last game was uncharacteristically terrible from Clem. He accidentally scouted the proxy before the stargate goes up, and then completely screws up the response...
