sometimes he has the option to go central but he chooses the wide areas and the winger makes a 45. You can't assist Lukaku or the striker in the PL playing like that. Maybe one like Kai who can run late but its hard. Its all like a pattern with mount, big teams put him out of the game. Lampard is a very different player, he tackled and made daring unpredictable passes, and he shot like Reece James. Mount may never get there. If he was more direct and daring like Frank we would not have missed Reece and Chilwell.
I think that's a very harsh take, he's turned up in most of the big games for Chelsea
