Be careful, gents. I had one 29 years ago and it has been 29 years of testicular pain. During the procedure, the pain got so bad it made me pass out cold. When I came to, there were two nurses monitoring me. They had my shirt open and would not tell me what had happened. When I asked the nurses, they said they couldn't say; they told me to ask the doctor. Afterwards, the pain in my left nut started immediately and did not decrease for around 5 . When I confronted my doctor, he said the pain was in my head. He then walked out of the room and would not talk to me again. Since then, any time I ride a bike too long, work out too hard, lift weights, or just play too hard, the pain comes back. Sometimes it is bad enough to make me feel nautious. It definitely reduced my sex drive and sex was never the same, NEVER. This ruined not just my sex life but my overall life and marriage.
Dang man, I’m sorry to hear so.. Stumbled onto this and my balls started to hurt just listening to this guy- I wonder if pot/ mj helps with your pain, if I jump over a fence or from high above I will get pain up in my balls and what you’re describing got to me.. ball pain is painful
Agreed, there are plenty of papers out there that point out a high risk of chronic pain associated with this procedure. This video seems more like an ad for this doctor's services rather than unbiased medical advice.

I wouldn't listen to the negative comments on here. I personally know over twenty close friends that have had the procedure, and literally every one of them has the same story to tell. Absolutely nothing changes, soreness for a few days and back to normal. Some men have complications, I'm sure.. maybe those are who are commenting.. but it's EXTREMELY rare

It occurs when someone draws a conclusion based on a limited number of personal experiences or anecdotes, rather than considering a broader range of evidence or statistical data.
Definitely. I have observed dog non neutered and neutered and behaviour is SIGNIFICANTLY different. The neutered ones are more passive (lack drive) get obese easier and if they are in pain in that area really cannot communicate it and just suffer all their lives.
Easy money for them. Remember when doctors care for the patients? Well they want a continue costumer. Doctors will always say no but who is paying them the big salary? Not the tax payers that’s for sure. It be insurance companies and the patient themselves
Yeah, I made a mistake having this one. Developed inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's) a few weeks after having the vasectomy, and while I cannot show definitive proof of a link, the timing is highly suspect. Note articles say that the inflammatory response from the procedure "PROBABLY" does not cause IBD and rheumatoid arthritis, not DEFINITELY does not cause. Your choice, boys. I say skip it if there's even a tiny risk of you PERMANENTLY ruining your health.

95% of doctors will never tell you the truth, they choose money over health. Unlike mechanics if they ruin something else on your car, you can't sue back
What about the 2% that get post vasectomy pain syndrome? The majority of men have no problems after a vasectomy but saying no one has complications afterwards is irresponsible. Here in the USA if a doctor said what he just said, he could have a serious malpractice suit on his hands from the 2% that do from this video. I’ve Evan heard the reality is a little higher than 2% and one doctor I’ve heard say 1 in 6 have complications but I’ve yet to back that up with a double opinion. This video should be taken down. It’s small but there is risk of long term problems.
Getting a vasectomy was the worst decision of my life! I lost my wife and my man hood. I did it a little over 16 years ago at age 27 and I noticed a big difference in the way ejaculation felt and my overall energy immediately afterwards. I lost all my testosterone and it feels weird and dulled in a uncomfortable way when I ejaculate. I can't explain the feeling. You would have to feel it yourself. The only time I feel normal is when I'm taking testosterone. Which I had to start doing at age 29 because my levels were so low. The wrong feeling I get with ejaculation has never went away and I'm now 43 years old. This happens to other men too. Look it up before you talk trash! Please, please look it up before getting one!
@@jimmykelly2809 Thanks for the encouragement! Sorry this happen to you too. The cost to reverse it is not covered by insurance and cost a shit load of money. The complications and unwanted side effects from a vasectomy are devastating to some men. The factor goes up a lot more when trying to get it revered. This happens to a ton of men. When men go to their doctor to talk to them about it, the doctors all say "it's all in your head". They're lying scumbags! That's to cover their ass! Most men don't want to talk about it or admit it, and the doctors know this!!
Actually this dr. Is dead wrong.... My dad had one after I was born, and he has ZERO sex drive... does he still love my mom YES but that is the 100% full extent of his mental sexual ability..... He sees something that would make most men feel arousal for instance.... at MOST he will find it FUNNY because it is so ABSURDLY RIDICULOUS to him....... From what I can gather there are men who say that the vasectomy was the most well spent $ they've ever spent because they absolutely LOVE there sex drive being gone for good.... The way it was explained to me is that the brain knows that the Tube has been clipped and then goes "oh i... I can't do that no more..... well then I guess I dont need this sex drive" normally with the sex drive gone men think MUCH more clearly, better/ easier time Focusing, And just all around smarter...
