I think phastos is cool because it gives cube equity. The opponent doesnt know if your things are buffed or cheaper and therefore will have a harder time figuring out your potential power output final turn.
They should rework angel and make it a move card and not a destroy card 2/2 reads once per turn select a location and one enemy cards there loses 1 power
