schef61 definitely a good article - I’m unsure if you read all of it. The state & local owned lands are 3%. The federal owned lands 57%. One of the studies mention “The very poor forest conditions that exist today are a consequence of decades of inappropriate forest management neglect“. While I’m not a fan of the current gov, I think we need to stop with one person or even one gov office blame. The article mentions how the federal environmental laws prevented some of the necessary measures need for proper forest management. I’m really saying we need to broadly look it the problem and consider multiple ways to fix it instead of just blaming.
The blogger is clearly pushing their belief that there’s no such think as climate change, simply because there has been poor forrest management? Because only one can occur? Is every state in the west burning because Gov Newsom can’t do his job?
