Hi Sudhanshu, mostly people stay in Homestay’s in spiti. I chose this Homestay called Lakdor Homestay. This was the best Homestay. The host is really nice guy n they had taken care of everything in extreme winters too.
Hi Shimla to Kaza is accessible through out the year. I went in the first week of jan. There wasn’t much snow that time. But even when the roads are covered with snow, they keep clearing it from time to time. After 15 jan, there are so many companies that take you to see the white spiti. You need to rent an suv n need to go with an experienced driver.

Yes, you can hire a taxi in Kaza but they will charge you bomb. People usually hire from Reckong Peo or kalpa or Shimla.
