I used to smoke a lot, until one day i decided to meditate while on it, it actually happened as a joke with my friends, we were joking around about meditating, so I actually did it and enjoyed it especially high, over time I started thinking more and more about it and realized I don't need it, so I quit and started to meditate sober, now I feel so much better and happier. Plus I started to recognize "abilities" I could now see some auras, see/ feel spirits around and more!

At first when we are young and start to smoke pot, nobody tell us the theaching of pot made for. So using for recreation...won t take you on a spiritual path. When you use sometime for a quest inner try and accepting your negative side and work on it,,,and then the positive effect or pot to getting hight ,,,then use this perception and continue to feel it on a normal day with out using pot. !!! Use it sometime for a little inner quest and then yoga, meditation, art, eating bio...love etc.

This. I never meditated until i started smoking weed, but i've always smoked alone since I have some medical issues that it helps with and my friends arent really smokers. I haven't quit though, don't really plan to since I don't really notice negatives

First ask a tree if you can see it's aura. This asking is very important:) Then, gaze in the direction of the tree but look beyond the tree - and in a while, you will begin to notice an energy field around the tree outline. With practice you will be able to see colors. Seeing auras with clarity is akin to using any muscle in the body, if you don't exercize it, it will become weak or dormant. Clear dreaming is impossible with heavy cannabis use, just as many other of our natural Goddess-given abilities are stymied by excess of any kind.

You know how if you eat too much food you'll get really unhealthy and if you don't eat enough food you'll get really unhealthy? It's the same with pot. Take a break for a few months... maybe a year to get in touch with your sober side again. Then only smoke occasionally so it takes you back to the places you used to go to... which is the reason we got addicted to smoking in the first place. Find a balance.
Here's a general rule: The more time you spend sober, the better the experience you'll have on pot when you ingest it. If you smoke all day, try to get down to the afternoons. If you smoke every afternoon, try to get it down to the evening. If you smoke every evening, try to get it down to 3 nights a week, etc... you'll notice stronger highs immediately, and it is meant to be that way.

It can be rather limiting to return to something you have outgrown, but the Spirit within you helps you regardless. I partake occasionally now (I used to smoke heavily in my teens, I’m 26 now), and I find that if one combines Cannabis with actual spiritual practices and principles - it always produces profound growth and expansion. Just do not become overly reliant upon it.

I used to smoke frequently, it gave me the euphoria that teal described. But suddenly, while going through what I call a wakening point in my life, it started to make me paranoid and unable to control my thoughts. I never really knew why the shift in how I reacted to the cannibis had taken place? I was actually quite sad about it, bc I liked smoking it so much, to not liking it at all. ..thank you teal for allowing me to realize that I an now vibrating on a higher frequency than before. It cleared up my mixed feelings about this plant. And just goes to show that vibration frequency is real. Thanks again.

Oh my god. When she was explaining our reactions to getting high, it literally resonated with me. When I was depressed, I was smoking pot 24/7, literally. I LOVED it and for an entire year I was a huge pot smoker, usually I would be somewhere, I would be high, but I was able to keep my cool and not appear high. It's been about a year now and I've quit because it has been giving me negative side effects recently, such as extreme paranoia. The reason being, I was awakened, and have been constantly working on my increased awakening and self-realization for a few months now.... Most likely my vibration has gotten so high, that the marijuana is actually causing me to lower my vibration. I did not know this until I watched the video. I literally kept saying to everyone I know, that the 'high' was extremely different from when I was smoking it at first.Amazing.

It just feels so much more fulfilling to find that happy and peaceful state organically. That being said, I also agree that it should not be illegal. As my spiritual practice developed so did my use. I have made choices. Marijuana has not made me apathetic. It has not diminished my desire. It has allowed me to explore my awareness. I treat it carefully.

I am a 66-yr-old retired environmental scientist. I have self-analyzed the effect of THC on the brain. I suggest that THC partially sedates the left brain. Look up "left brain vs. right brain". With our left brain sedated, we can see the forest, we don't count the trees. I began my spiritual awakening in 2023 after experiencing an NDE from chemotherapy poisoning. Doctors were trying to kill my blood and bones before they killed me. The race was close. I was prescribed THC as an appetite stimulant. It worked well! I was finally able to secrete enough saliva to swallow food again. But it also sedated my left brain enough that I could hear my own spirit. It turned down the volume of the analysis of input (5 senses). And as Americans, our left brains are at full volume. Where am I supposed to be at what time?! And it allowed me to mentally process what I had experienced. It has taken me 3 years to understand that I spoke with angels. We are all eternal spirits. THC allowed me to remember that experience. (and most of my childhood) Now that I'm awake, I don't need it. I allowed my prescription to expire.

This woman is intelligent. Listen to what she says. You may think you know what marijuana is, but ask yourself: "How is my life? I smoke SOOOO much weed, and I'm awesome. How is my life, really?" I think you will find, if you smoke a lot of weed, there is a nagging sensation in the back of your consciousness that something is wrong. Quit smoking weed for a little while, and you will find that which is wrong.
For some there is the problem of addiction, otherwise you wouldn't smoke weed ALL the time. I know because I've experienced it. Now I can quit when I want, and experience life to its fullest, including psychic connections (though weak, but perceivable).
Addiction is a spiritual problem; it is not a physical problem or a mental problem. If it were a mental problem, we could conquer it with thought (not thought induced by substances). If it were a physical problem, we could conquer it with medicine. Neither are the case.
So seek your spirituality; more importantly, do so without the use of substances like marijuana. You will be amazed by the results. You will become enlightened to some degree; then, you can continue to expand beyond the initial enlightenment. Don't believe me? Try it yourself. I dare you.
Addendum: weed is not bad. It can be a great tool, just like she said; but abuse is abuse.

Nathan McCartney It's all 3. Physical, mental, and spiritual malady. Obsession of the mind. There's a biological disposition for addiction. Spirituality is a helpful part of the solution since the person, who's a prisoner of their own mind and obsessive thinking, becomes spiritually bankrupt through the process of addiction. Rock bottom.

I'm so glad you talked about how using cannabis is a shortcut. I'm a creative person. I know that many artists and musicians use cannabis or other drugs to expand their creativity. I've always thought, however, that their creativity is limited by how drugs make them feel. I think much deeper creativity and spirituality can be achieved via a substance free, clear, and exercised mind.

Sativa tends to give people more energy and a cerebral high, while indica helps the body relax and CAN demotivate but really it's just relaxing you. I escape into cannabis by myself every nite & have been releasing deep emotions from 60 years ago...I call that opening door to further growth, whether spiritual or emotional. This has allowed me to feel closer to my siblings (4 still alive) & people in general. I used no “mood altering drugs” for 40 years of my life doing 12 Step work for 25. Buried emotions from so many traumas (as TS brings out in other videos) were very difficult to release for me as they started at age 2 & sudden death of mother. Cancer pulled me into world of cannabis & I thought this “wake up call” was all about getting sucked into environment & all the negativity of world as well as my people pleasing life style I took on to meet Mr. Right. My only issue is it is not legal here & my SO has never used it - his “drug of choice” being alcohol...so every so often I feel alienated from him - but that is of my own making. Great video & comments are just what I needed to see that others are also growing from its use. Sure it is not for everyone. I feel for all who have lost there life being locked up & demonized by those who only serve to use / abuse the citizenry- cannabis being only one of many avenues.

Mike Davino I tend to abuse and get all the negative results. I agree with a lot you had to say. I have been smoking daily since 1975. Not proud of it. It mostly helps but sometimes it hinders. The most important fact about weed. LESS is MORE! smoke less frequently and smoke less when you do. You don't need much after a couple of draws. ya gotta wait 5 min. for the full effect or I tend to go overboard.. Moderation.

One can go completely insane with everyone's idea of what we're SUPPOSED to and NOT SUPPOSED to do or believe in. Be the best person you can be every day and don't subject yourself to negative energy and be happy with knowing that our creator loves you and that we are here to experience this lifetime and be happy doing it.

I was always a recreational cannabis user, and in summer 2020 I became a daily user. This was already a really intense time, where I have experienced a low of personal growth and healing of past traumas and healing my relationships, and using cannabis helped with this tremendously. I was receiving lessons daily, I meditated a lot while high, and I was able to apply these lessons to help my development and healing. By November I started feeling worse and worse with every joint, I could feel the spirit of cannabis telling me I don't need it anymore (for now) and that I need a break, but I persisted, until I finally had an intense panic attack and ended up in a hospital. Since then I have not been able to smoke because every time I tried, I felt my frequency being lowered and I would feel horrible. The best sense I could make of it was that I just collected all the lessons that apply to my current situation and that I need to work on them sober, or that somehow on the physical level my body just can't tolerate THC anymore.
What you said about frequencies around minute 5:00 really resonates with my situation. Never thought about it that way, but it explains so much.

Humm pot made me realize to change my diet, I actually don't think it got me to lower vibration when I got paranoid, but rather shown me that I'm not doing what I want (spending my precious time in a right way) and that's what got me super worried and was directly always linked to not being what I truly want. Changed my diet, led me into spiritual practices a lot and also pranayama and all that similar stuff... Actually for the first time I could see that life can be a very REAL thing and totally knocked on that door as well. Made me realize my values more and how I want to live, was a guide for tons of times to see how I can make it towards my honestly built up lifestyle ... Also I think about this physical not being real... it's just as real as any other dimension ? I mean what? How can anyone really explain that physical isn't as important as any inner sensing? I think one can't function properly without the other anyway... It can be a really good personal teacher and as much as so many people said it's an escape it might as well be for the first time getting you to your reality check... If I don't smoke a few days a lot of changes happen, but I don't necessarily crave it ... even though I smoke almost every day with very very rare occasions not smoking. It's a useful guide and friend ... some might call it a tool, but if you just use it without ever giving a heck about what it makes you realize and change anything, then it will keep pushing you through the bad trips if you do it... It's almost like revealing ourselves to ourselves in a healthy way of thinking xD

I’m glad I found your channel. It made a lot of sense when you said that when your vibration is lower than the plant you feel relaxed, where as your vibration is higher you feel paranoid. I’ve noticed this as well since I used to be an occasional smoker but as I began to grow more into the habit I noticed when I was anxious/tense it helped me, but if I got high anyways just out of habit even when I wasn’t anxious it makes me a bit paranoid. I’ve learned some insightful things with cannabis and it definitely has been my teacher and shown me the beauty of presence in many different ways and also made me able to look at things butdifferent perspectives. I’ve had many realizations while stoned, but I need to start practicing mindfulness while sober. It will be hard considering my anxiety was so bad at some points but I know I need to keep expanding

Cannabis magnifies our inner world which makes it great for inner work involving spirituality and higher consciousness. But its power can be misused, just as with any other power. We need to remember that it CAN be used as a powerful teacher plant and tool for inner work, and remind ourselves to bring some of what we learn from the high experience back to physical reality. For some people, it may be their chance to awaken, release limiting beliefs, and bring about healing and growth. It depends entirely on the inner state of the individual and their intention. Nature is a manifestation of the divine and these powerful plants are provided to us for a purpose and should be respected. Legalization is just the first step. Educating the public on its spiritual use should be our next concern. "Addiction" and "abuse" are the results of a lack of understanding and respect for the plant.

    • @samsam5886
      @samsam5886 10 років тому +8

Sety777 Really? From all that I wrote, you couldn't tell that I am an advocate of Cannabis? Perhaps I shouldn't have used the word "abuse". What I was simply trying to say is that people who use it should respect the plant and realize it has an even higher purpose! I mean abuse as in not using it to its full potential, like driving a Ferrari in the mud. But of course, you are right that there is no such thing as abuse, from the perspective that everybody has the free will to choose to use it however they want to. And you should really stop calling people names, especially when people look to you as an example for Cannabis users. Has the plant not taught you a single thing about love and peace?

      @samsam5886 10 років тому +2

Something I’ve realized from drug use is that everything and everyone is connected and one with each other. Insulting someone else is essentially being mean and angry to yourself. Your expressions just show your own inner demons. We are all the same we all come from the earth and this universe made of the same stuff.

Of all the experiences I’ve witnessed while using cannabis, one of the most powerful things is how quickly we can be humbled in its presence. And there are times when I need that. When everything going on in life feels bigger and more overwhelming than ever that humbling experience makes me appreciate the smallest gifts in this existence and really helps me keep things in perspective. It’s not always the lesson I’m taught in that experience but at times it does show me that.

But I like being sober too. I like myself when I’m sober, I even look better. Why I’m not strong enough to quit weed? I don’t know. I quit cigarettes like it was nothing! If you right it down and are intentional like she said you can remember and change your thought patterns. It’s helped me in multiple ways. This episode was exactly what I needed to hear and cleared up so many debates I've been having within myself. I feel so relieved by Teal's perspective on this topic and agree 155% with ALL she shared... I especially love her comments on the government and their inabilities to properly manage our country; and therefore how we should NOT be looking to them to make these types of decisions for us. We should not need anyone telling us what makes sense for our well-being...we are born with the wisdom to know how to survive; and if ANYTHING is hindering ur life and/or us reaching ur full potential, we only need to allow self preservation to kick in to guide us in our choices...

Instead, because most of us "think" like slaves we are unable to perceive the possibilities from a Royal perspective. We don't need their governance.. we need our Senses back... you know, The ones they told us were primitive and unnecessary. To believe that you have the right to tell someone else what they can and can't ingest into their own bodies should be recognized as a mental illness.

It's like being sent to prison and when you learn that you can opt in or out of certain "Programs" believing that you are free in the prison. The day of the free range slave is closing.. will we chose to break their machine and refuse to con-Form or will we continue to be prisoners of their global plantation intentions.. The indigenous peoples of the World have been systematically exterminated by these Vultures of Culture and they will not rest till the last remote tribe has been perverted by "education & religion". The Truth is in us and that is what they must keep hidden from us all or they would lose ALL control over night. What will we create to undo their "Hell" and their "justice" at the wrong end of their "law"? Lets all Believe in a Real New World Order dictated by Peace & Love that cannot be Purchased or sold nor controlled by the wicked.
We can Be what they say is impossible without their "help", Happy & Peaceful.. Believe in a world awakening from this broken program of control by deception & Know it will happen. Just a word about simple humble ENJOYMENT: of a tasty treat; of an afternoon, quiet and sunny, or the calmness of a rainy day; listening to music and floating through your day in innocence and simple grace: while enjoying a taste of the gentle herb. Drug you say? How about a cup of tea or coffee? Mind altering? What about a garden salad? Is that enjoyment a spiritual crime? I think you cosmic types are "overachievers!" Spiritual-oholics! How about mellowing out with a bit of the sacred herb and just seeing the beauty of the present moment without regret or expectation? How about just having a nice moment enjoying one of life's many sensual pleasures without getting all judgmental about it? I like to smoke it. You don't? OK. Fine. So it isn't about all this cosmo self important lecture and comments-it is a simple matter of taste. No criticism needed. No danger! No fear! Just another hard working day-and after-if you are so inclined, a sweet puff and a bit of sweet peace and love and maybe-if you like-some Beatles. Next debate....

Oh yes you are so superior! Your egotistical over assertions about me and my opinions show me that you are self intoxicated and seem to be mistaking spirituality for some "purity" that you think is the highest virtue. Your many insults and certainty of your limited perception tell me you are a child of infantile puritan self exaggeration. There are many substances that are very dangerous and many ideologies that are arrogant, insulting and offensive. But smoking the sacred herb in my opinion is not one of them. You can make the age old mistake of thinking your spirituality is superior because it is "natural" or "pure" but I am sure every other religious person feels the same for their spirituality is all about being "God's favorite kid" and not about acquiring the wisdom and humility and heart to be a wise and friendly person to all life without need to force others to be whatever you want to be. If there are people in prison for smoking the gentle and sacred herb that is because of unjust laws against spiritual herbs. That corruption is one you should be worried about, and leave to God my salvation. As for your opinions about my spirituality or my experience in many things that you can not have any idea about-although you had a lot to say about it-I prefer to find love of life and peace of mind my own way. I suggest you try to do the same and find humility and try to relax AND Not think so much about yourself and how evolved you are compared to others. It would be a lot easier on you and I would not have to listen to your long and boring self admiration.

Although I agree with some of what you said, you should keep in mind that some of us, perhaps many of us, do not smoke MJ to escape. I smoke it because it enhances everything and it has allowed me to think in ways I had never had. I used to drink. Alcohol does nothing more than numbs the user and makes him stupid and irrational with excessive amounts. I never realized this until I started smoking. I smoke for many reasons, and I of course have no problem with those that don't. That said, please don't go around telling people that it's addictive and people smoke to escape reality. Neither is true, and it casts a bad light on users. We've heard enough reefer madness already. Peace.

This video contains a generally reasoned and fairly balanced approach to cannabis, though I disagree with some points. For me, the spiritual practice associated with cannabis goes far beyond taking a toke and lying back. I find that cannabis provides a wealth of insight and inspiration. The question always (whether that insight or inspiration comes with cannabis, meditation, extreme sports, sex, a walk in nature, or just out of the blue) is: "how do I apply this in the course of my life?"
Insight is worthless if it is not practically applied. And that goes for any methodology. The use of entheogens is a method. Practice is practice.
Also, there is a significant lack of shamanistic training in the use of entheogens like cannabis. Sitting around stoned in front of the TV, is, in my estimation, a misuse, unless one is analyzing, let's say, the news for it's manipulative content and intention.
Prohibition of cannabis is also a methodology, the intent of which is more control, and more inhibition of difference. Ultimately, in my view, free access to cannabis/hemp shifts power from the State to the Individual... and for that reason, and that reason alone, legalization is the litmus test for forward thinking

I'm glad you said that. Because I was a bit miffed that she said all those negative things about cannabis. No motivation my ass, I used to smoke weed and go jogging on the bike trails. Dropped from 240 to 180lbs in a year. All the pain and upset were discharged and I was free to focus. I wouldn't consider an cannabis addiction any less or more sinister than being addicted to food or water. If wasn't for weed I'd have killed myself a long time ago. Ghetto kids have very little social and economic mobility and they aren't opening many monestaries in the hood. Weed could very well be one of the only reasonably safe avenues for the impoverished.

I think it's quite rational and healthy for the mind to get high of psychoactive substances. If you don't take any mind-altering, boundary dissolving substances you face the difficult choice of either taking no highs, which will most likely result in a bland and dull life, or get high of yourself, which has far greater dangers (i.e. EGO).
The plant has a spirit of his own and sharing in that spirit makes one highly empathic towards the soul of this entire planet, not just in and through theory but through practice.
