If you have a job offer, then first you need to submit an EOI, accept LOA, application for MPNP, get MPNP certificate and then application for PR to federal. But if your employer needs someone today, then you should get work permit also.

Yes, your relative must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. You need an ECA for your degree to get a Canadian equivalency. In most cases, it is considered a master degree.

you need a contact, but if you are in Ontario they will not believe that you will settle in Manitoba. If you really interested in MPNP, explore it and then you can move to Manitoba first

Hi Umar! You should have at least one year of work experience to get EOI points. Only eligibility does not matter, to get selected you should have good EOI points.

Hi Sahahjalal! Yes, you can apply under NOC 4214, Ielts requirement for this is 6 each. You only need 60 points to submit EOI for MPNP. Yes, you can claim him as a friend, but need to kind of show your friendship. But calculate your EOI ranking points, What is your EOI score, and compare it with MPNP EOI draws.

E01 means the main CRS ? if thats the one u r talking i am claiming point for my job. but not in the in demamd occupation in manitoba.
