Ingredients used for prepairing 5 Litres of Dish Wash Liquid are as follows:

This is a home based liquid detergent and can be prepared at home very easily. Please follow the steps as described in this video.

Hi, U should also make a demo video of using this soap , which can clarify the quality of this soap i.e the amount of water that is required for washing of hands and also approximate cost of the chemicals used. i want to make a soap which provides decent foam but still does'nt consume too much of water to get cleaned fully. thank you .....

A suggestion. Acid slurry and Custic soda are very corrosive. Use alteast gloves while handling them. Eye protection is even better

Hi there thanks for the video. Can u plz tell what is the other thickening agent despitr of salt. Because salt changes the color of liquid and too much salt makes it thin.
Xanthan gum
It's a thickening agent
2 to 5 grams only per litre
Add gum in small quantity at first, if you want more thick liquid, go on adding, Max limit is 5 grams

By adding urea ammoniacal odor will form after 3 days. How will I overcome? Because urea reacts with caustic. This is my experience so far observed.

Hello brother...you made such a good vdo on hand wash liquid. The process was simply explain with out any unwanted talks. It was to the point. One thing you missed and that is how much did it cost you to make 5 lit kan. Did you made this vdo in India or abroad?
He missed another one. He didn't use the salt (20 grams). I guess it thicknes the liquid.

You must use DM Water, second would be Distilled Water. DM Water prevent Bacteria Growth. This will make your Soap last longer. NOTE: If you are just mixing is and using it... You can use ANY type of Water, but for long term.... You MUST use DM Water!

What is use of salt?
Add Salt after.... To make Thick / PH Balance... You will need Sodium Chloride (Thickness) and for PH, you will need Citric Acid.

Yes its distilled water, minerals will react with caustic soda.
Is preservative not needed in this formulation? Will this not go bad considering it has water in it and that it might not be used immediately if made in bulk for business purposes?
