Fuchka is pani puri. It's just a different name for it. Pani puri has different names in different states. Here in UP many people call it pani batashe or fulki .
Chicken 65 does not have 65 ingredients which a lot of people believe and when they ask the chef who admits he did not use 65 ingredients they think its just an inferior version and the actual recipe must be in a secret safe in a secret lab in a secret place (probably on a secret planet). It was first prepared in a military canteen as an experimental dish by an adventurous military cook. On the menu board he didn't knew what name to give it so he just wrote it as chicken and it was the 65th dish on the menu. It became popular among the Army folk who started calling it Chicken 65 and later on its recipe got out of that canteen along with its new name.

Its sort of like creamy and very very tasty, but one needs to be an expert chef to make it properly, if not it just turns out to be a hard piece of chicken with some cream on top. Best part its not spicy at all. If you come to India or can find it there try Lucknow dishes. I am from Andhra and I can suggest Andhra dishes but original Andhra dishes will be quite spicy. :)
North Indian Cuisine at 131 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, is really good. I live at Surry Hills and I eat there every week. Very tasty just like in India and also easy on the pocket.
