Again... Well done Craig. Your comment about "Unhappy Jaycee Park Neighborhood Residents" was quite an understatement. City Council Heads will roll in the next election if that project goes through as initially designed. Lot's of Old money in that area that are Very Unhappy.
I live near Santa Barbara and Veterans high and dry. Very little hurricane damage happen to my neighborhood and no flooding. Probably less than 10 minutes from where you live.
Great video Craig. Any places in southern cape where a guy can rent a spot to park a utility trailer since they are not allowed on your property? Happy Thanksgiving!
Could you share which areas have more thunderstorms, and which are sort of a drier area? I’m told there are areas around Southwest FL that have their own microclimate. Thanks!
@jameshayden3928 friends where you stay and which beach. If you are in SE CAPE close to Cape coral pkwy, about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Crossing the bridge on a weekend or holiday can take a while. Most beaches in the west coast are accessed by a bridge. This can cause delays.
I'm looking for a lot around $5000 or $6000 that I can park an R V on while my home is being built. Do you know anything out there like that? I did find some up in northern Florida, but I'm checking just to see. As I am not picky.
Jaycee park is at the end of Beach Parkway not Savona. And the sea walls and homes are 2 to 4 feet lower in Savona than Palaco Grande. That’s why almost all of the homes in Palaco Grande didn’t have water in them after Ian, and a bunch in Savona were half under water. They actually tore down several homes in Savona after Ian. So the best place and nicest neighborhood in the SE is Palaco Grande!
For me? Great...no change. 6 new insurance companies coming into Florida as well. The "problem" isn't as much of a problem as some make it out to be. Have there been changes for some folks? Absolutely, but change happens for everyone in every state. I still choose Florida 100% of the time.
Wow! You’ve answered all the questions I had about Cape Coral. You’re great!
Very informative - thank you for sharing your knowledge
Craig is the best !
great video, thanks Craig!
Morning Craig. A lot of great information on the Cape. Happy Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Lol. Get a vinyl fence and it becomes invisible.
Very informative video! Is there a scheduled date when the NE or NW quadrant will have fresh water and sewer?
The timelines seem to be all over the map. The schedule appears to be a fluid thing and no tight timelines.

We get to downtown fort Myers in ten mins !
How far to the beach?

I understand that it is at the end of beach parkway and it was stated around the same time as Savona. Savona is 1 street north of Beach Pkwy
How is that Homeowners Insurance Rate Explosion going for you...IF you can find it?

But if you have to walk on streets in NW …they are not busy roads
Neither are many in the South. The point is you will share the road with vehicles.
