    I could listen to Megyn talk about libido all day. In fact, there is no better cure for low male libido than the Megyn Kelly show. Telegraph it, Megyn!

    Workout for 45-60 minutes of strenuous exercise a day. Eat healthy and avoid processed foods. Drink a gallon of water daily. Get good rest. I'm a 44 year old man and the engine is still going strong. Keep up the fire 🔥 Megyn

    Wonderful presentation, as a TRT patient since 2014 with lots of pushback and scoldings from dR's including my own .. I live in Ontario Canada and have to payout of my own pocket for treatments in a province with "covered": health care ...had symptoms and tested as testosterone deficient prior to starting treatment .. as the DR advises.. I saw improvements in mental and physical health and continue to be monitored 2x a year.. and if my hemo count gets a little high then donate blood ... best decision and my health remains vastly improved.. would fight like hell before going backwards ..

      100+ true.
      I am a TRT patient and I feel great at 42.
      I had many back issues, and ended my pain management.
      My testosterone level was 63.
      I was 39 with a 63 testosterone level.
      After my treatments my level was up over 500 and I felt 20x better and normal.

    There’s also something called post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD). It can occur while on the drug and persist after coming off. It’s only just starting to be talked about.

      Part of the answer. It's also weight training, high intensity interval training ( eg , sprints) healthy fats like avocado, fish products like tuna or salmon, eggs , good sleep and stress management- lower cortisol results in higher testosterone.

    It is a good idea for women to get their testosterone levels checked. I suffered from chronic fatigue. I got my thyroid medicine figured out and still felt awful. My obgyn of 32 years brought bio identical hrt to our area. I was already starting menopause in my early 40’s. Having my levels tested and my pellets done changed my life. I also do estrogen in the pellets, and take oral progesterone.
    I will note, pellets are covered by insurance for men, but is not covered for women.

      Why for men & not women??

    • @watchingthewheelsgoround260
      @watchingthewheelsgoround260 11 місяців тому

      @@lindapolli57 I think it’s because, it is considered not a medical necessity for women. I have no idea about other types of testosterone replacement for women. I started using pellets for about 11 years. There are some side effects, more chin hair and some other stuff. Nothing that would cause me to stop though. I have been with my gyn for 32 years and I have complete faith in him. He is also a md, he’s got a lot of letters. 😂contemporary health center, dr Bloy. They have information about it on their website.

    What do you do for high bp while on testosterone??

    • @michaelmadsen-yq5kw
      @michaelmadsen-yq5kw 11 місяців тому

      In my experience, if you are having increased bp on a consistent basis, your M.D. will decrease levels. Some have options that will alleviate bp problems. However, it is always a good idea to do a lot of cardio, this will also drop bp.

    I went on TRT as I was training MMA. At my age I needed additional test. as I was in the 300 nano range. This was awhile back when target ranges at these clinics were 1200 nanos. A good range for most, but not for me as I became to androgenic. Do not think that the more test you do the better you will perform in the bedroom. You need to hit the "sweet spot" where you will be ready anytime. Good interview by Meghan.
