Spring's Genesis is just like that sometimes. Get enough stagger recovery and page draw and you just get to tell the game exactly where to stick it.

@@doodlesyoru2108 it's a Level 3 Abnormality page you get from Alraune.
How it works is every scene one random enemy will get a petal attached to them (the pink aura).
If the character with Spring Genesis hits this "Petalbearer" three times, all characters (enemies and allies) take about 8-15 stagger damage and the character with Spring Genesis becomes untargetable next scene.
The reason that, after activating the "stealth" effect of Spring Genesis, none of the enemies attacked was that they need a valid target to use there attacks. But, there was only one target, and said target couldn't be selected, so they just kinda froze while Netz beat the shit out of them.
This is the ultimate form of the Floor of Art, Netzxodia.
