  • Trip back home to the sea side to see my family. Got a teams CrossFit session in, A easy run and a sea swim, even squeezed in a full day back tattoo. First of my newest series of videos which will just be daily or multiple daily vlogs.

    Brother, which exercises do you believe have the most significant impact on your physique or are considered highly effective based on your experience and knowledge?

      If you are talking muscle building wise? & was going to be limited to a just 5 exercises for whatever unknown reason. Most impactful for me would be: Back squat, bench press, pull ups, bent over barebell row, dips. Compound and functional movements.
