Maam in ncc 11th standard do it is junior division or senior division and do it get ranks

from 11th standard onward it count as senior division, you will be studying for B Certificate. Ranks are there for both divisions.

Maam if I completed my 3year in ncc then I will be a part of it or not and if I take it in 11th std then my ncc journey will get over in my graduation first year is it

After completing your C Certificate, you will not be part of NCC. From 11th class Senior division starts. If you start from 11th class, then 11th class will be your First year for B Certificate and 12th class will be your second year of B certificate. After completing B Certificate, when you join NCC in college, that year will be your final year in NCC, that is, it will be for C certificate.

Then you can contact nearest NCC Unit and ask them for any seat availability in Open NCC as you don't have NCC in your institution and wants to join it. If there is any seat available then you can join it. After that you need to take classes in the unit or at the location specified by your CO. All the best!
