For sure man. C E G B in the right hand is the conventional way to play a Cmaj 7 chord, but it's not the only way to get to get that same chord quality. Though I'm not playing it in that order, if you pause at 0:53 you'll see I'm still playing all of those notes (C in my left hand, with the B E and G in my right). You'll notice I did the same thing with the Amin 7. This is something which you'll learn as you continue to practice and become better with musical theory, but often times we have different names for the exact same chords. For example, you could consider the chord I'm playing at 0:53 a Cmaj 7 (which is what I said), or you can look at it as a Emin in your right hand over a C bass note. They're the exact same thing. You could also look at the Amin7 I play afterwards as a Cmaj in your right hand over an A bass note. I hope this helps.

In aminor you can play Fsharp, Csharp, and Gsharp
