That isn't actually the team on the side of the Blues ring. It's a scene from the parade of the fans celebrating with the team. The other side with the Arch is also a symbol of the rally down at the Arch at the end of the parade route, the diamonds around it representing fans. :)
I personally prefer the leafs stanley cup ring, nice and light and airy and not too big.

Red Wings won in 2002, so it was 2001-2002 year. Not 2002-2003. I would have put Vegas above the 2004 Lightning, but it was a strong top 10.

i get the cut off as there has to be a cut off point but looking at some of the rings while simple they are very nice looking maybe when the next ring is out maybe you take a look at the pre 1980's ones and give your thoughts about them

The Vegas ring is not only the MOST expensive ring ever created for NHL, it's also been created by Jason of Beverly Hills, the most noted/popular jeweler to touch an NHL championship ring. BESIDES all that, NO RING has ever been as intricate/DETAIL ORIENTED/MEANINGFUL of a ring to be created in NHL history. What other ring also converts into a pendant to be worn around the neck...? I rest my case. It literally details the EXACT reasons as to why it is the best ring to ever be seen in the NHL. Your bias prevents you from being accurate/relevant. What a shame.
