In pl should be strict discipline. Yellow/red is easy, fast and works perfectly.

It was awful reffing. Should have been 3 yellows, he's negatively impacted the game as if any of them committed a further foul they should be off...instead they all got an extra life which could backfire.

I always tell the players and the team bosses that they are the musicians, I am the conductor and I decide how we play.

There was a fight on the pitch. He didn’t even have to give them a verbal warning if he didn’t want to. He could’ve just sent off each of them one by one without a word uttered.
His name is Alex Michalef he's reffed some of my games years back. I crossed him once, never again always called him sir after. He's honestly an amazing manager of a game.

I was playing a match one day, and the defender was awful. He would keep fouling me the whole match. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I pushed him (very lightly) with my shoulder. Keep in mind the ref was also terrible, not calling any of the fouls. When he saw me do that, he instantly ran over to me and scolded me. Absolutely horrible refereeing.

Perfect explanation and I hate that when us as referees when we try to communicate and explain the call in a civilized way and in a calm demeanor they (players) think they can just talk to you however they want. I’ve given more yellows for descent than what I have for fouls. That just shows you where the state of the sport is at. The fact that we have to raise our voice and break out of character just so they can finally understand is insane. It drives me nuts especially when dealing with Hispanics/Latinos they’re wild
