IRL the AR platform is one if the lowest recoiling guns outta the box. So im not sure of the desire to run it into the ground. Maybe BSG is finally trying to seperate the AK platform and AR by a big difference. I mean it is a russian game so i would say they are slightly biased towards the AK platform as a whole. And rightfully so IMO. Like i said IMO. Im not looking for a debate of which platform is better. They both shine in their own ways. Just an observation. . Good day!
Lol, try shooting a stock machine gun m4 standing up irl, you will delete this comment in seconds. There is no bias, m4 has higher recoil than 5.45 aks, simply becausw of the higher rate of fire. @@wernervandermerwe8422 Can't buy 190 in sufficient quantity to run more than half his mags for 1 raid. Also, SB193 is subsonic and subsonics in EFT have lots of recoil reduction usually - this wipe its very noticeable because of the visual recoil changes.
the damage falloff is having a bigger impact than people realize this wipe, at 600m a sniper round like PS 7.62x54 wont even deal enough dmg to one shot a player in the head, even at 100m im guessing that the pen/damage falloff is making mid tier ammo feel like total shit this wipe
Damn, I'm gonna have to look up these numbers coz if that's true that's just insane. IDC what range it is if you're getting shot in the dome with a PS round I think it should fuck you hard.
@@chigmeister2977 check the vid on my channel, its a t46m round but its only a 4 dmg difference, the gun is supposed to be effective out to 1000m so you can see the issue regardless
@@Ghost-nw7kr and both still are super amazing, the RPK is my favorite weapon but from irl experience the M4, in game this patch and somewhat last handles like a M240 but hits like a .22. guess I’m just a little disappointed is all, the game favors realism then hits us with… well, what you see in game now.
this wipe is weird had great things added like inertia and flea changes and gamma changes but then we have shitty ballistics changes shitty recoil changes broken scav karma and tweaks that could be made so when youve got to a decent level aka 40 you can get good gear from flea

This game has been always shoot on sight and will always be shhot on sight. voip is not guaranteeing your safety at all, it is just giving you a chance at safety. if you think it is difficult to get your tasks done right now, imagine with no voip. get good lol
High risk high reward? You gotta fight for that drop and probably kill half the lobby I'd say it's balanced. Even if you 5 man into it there's not enough for everyone. Maybe a two man can evenly split. Even then it's a fight to the death for the box and it's not even guaranteed that good stuff will spawn.
