I also understand that when it comes to religion vs. law, it gets very shaky. Usually it ends up being "who is technically more correct in this situation" idk man. America is weird like that
It usually has to be pretty explicitly provoking somebody to a fight or act of violence to meet the bar for incitement. They probably couldn’t have him imprisoned for something but they are allowed to remove him temporarily to allow the event to pass safely if he had already be warned. From there it’s up to the judge to decide and chances are the judge with side with Christian beliefs in a Christian nation

I’m pretty sure the USA doesn’t have any type of “hate speech” laws. For example someone could call a white person a “cracker” or say something antisemitic to a Jew and even if people didn’t agree they might be asked to leave, but not be arrested. The reason for this is because “hate speech” is a slippery slope that could easily be exploited.

That first one with the Pastor. Dude is a straight up instigator, but the moment you step toward people like that, they retreat and run because they don't expect anyone to approach them over words being yelled. It was stupid of him to scream at cops that were already agitated. Sure, you can say that they were wrong to arrest him over yelling, but I have no sympathy for people who start talking shit and try to play victim after the fact. Then he and some others claim he has heart problems, but why would he do something like screaming out of anger and trigger a heart attack from the stress. He brought it on himself for the cops to approach him after all that. Don't start nothin, won't be nothin.

Hi! I never really comment but I’m here to clear something up, mostly pertaining to “freedom of speech” and rights. As people, we all have the same rights, but there seems to be some confusion around when those rights are “negated”. It’s simple! Your rights kinda stop after you violate someone else’s rights. For example: In the pride segment, the priests were all exercising their right of freedom of speech (f.o.s.). However, they were inconveniencing other people’s right of peaceful assembly and association, as they were impeding the others from, well, assembling peacefully. Hope this clears some stuff up!

people who can say the alphabet without singing actually have a talent omfg
Kenji feeding us good!!!
"Can you recite the english alphabet without singing it?"
Me; bro I can't even do that sober-

"I'm not uncultured, I'm American"
My favorite part was when kenji starting Kenjiing all over the place
Hi! I never really comment but I’m here to clear something up, mostly pertaining to “freedom of speech” and rights. As people, we all have the same rights, but there seems to be some confusion around when those rights are “negated”. It’s simple! Your rights kinda stop after you violate someone else’s rights. For example:
In the pride segment, the priests were all exercising their right of freedom of speech (f.o.s.). However, they were inconveniencing other people’s right of peaceful assembly and association, as they were impeding the others from, well, assembling peacefully.
Hope this clears some stuff up!
OOOH, SIR KENGLESTICK THE 3rd POSTED!!
That first pastor got paid in court if im not mistaken...that cop indeed made a mistake assaulting him in a church.

Thanks for saying happy pride Kenji ❤ cause I'm now 14 but my mom is a Christian so she just doesn't agree with people being in the lgbtq community and when I came out to her she was mad and yelled at me but luckily my brother doesn't care and supports me 🙃

ALSO LOVE YOU KENJI DONT STOP POSTING OR ELSE I WILL HURT SOMETHING (my stress ball is crying don’t make it worse) ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Honestly id love to see you learn law because (to me at least) its interesting! There’s actually a book all police officers carry in their cars, since theres so many laws and they need to know what they are ACTUALLY arresting for before arresting (obvi) in CT at least its called a Red Book Blue Book! Blue side is the vehicle laws and the red side is other laws and stuff (i forget 😭) theres a different one for each state! But I normally have mine next time me so that I can practice (im in a Criminal Justice Program) for classes and everything! Easy state does have a way of doing things so sometimes its not the most accurate
20:50 couldnt be my pastor, thank God fr fr
