- What is happening guys thanks for joining me for another episode of Adams fishing adventures. On today's episode, I'm fishing the River Derwent for the first time ever on an episode although it's not the first time I've been roach fishing here. I've been lucky enough to have some great days on this river

Nice video , coming down next week to stepdaughters house the river across the road from her , how do you get a permit day ticket if possible ?🤞
Can you mention if its day ticket or club and maybe stick a map on the video showing roughly where the venues are and any parking info,, just a thought .. cheers
Roll on the spring.!!.. had enough of this rain.. great vid bruh xx
Used to walk along the Derwent bank from crambeck to kirkham abbey and back when I was in my teens,
Hi, beautiful places !
Fished Kirkham a couple of times over the years, but fished mostly at Howsham bridge. Going to start fishing the rivers a lot more this year and give the commercials a miss.
Just getting on the bank is better than been at home, and once i get rid of this winter bug thats where i will be, al be it at the other end of the Derwent (Loftsome bridge), and i expect a few blanks too.
good video i normally go to the reservoir when i fish the derwent haven't tried the river yet
Hard luck man! Admire your determination, I guess that's why it's called fishing, instead of catching! 😒
As you found, above the weir is a bit all or nothing. Below the weir, is just as deep in places, and a bit more consistent.
Sometimes fishing at half the depth pays off
Think I know what you mean 😄👍🏼
