Goddamn. That second new song still gets to me. Can't wait for that new split! Also, fucking awesome that the dude from Basement came out during "History Reshits Itself". So tight.
He has 4 different guitars tuned into 4 different variants/drops, saves so much time and makes it so they can do a 40 minute set over 5 minute intervals of tuning just the one. :)
"What have I become my sweetest friend everyone I know goes away in the end." Those lyrics belong to Nine Inch Nails, Johnny Cash did a splendid cover of the song. :3
If you go to these shows you know 100% what you are getting into. I know many many women who go to shows, stage dive, head walk, mosh etc. and have gotten hit before but don't mind it. My girlfriend is tiny yet she makes it out to shows every week and stands in the front or on the sides and has gotten hit and landed on but dont think ive ever heard her complain about it. Thats how hardcore punk is, aggressive and dangerous. As long as your not purposely hurting others, no rules.
i cant fucking wait to see them but im to pussy to go in the crowd because of these big ass guys but w/e i can risk some injury for them touche make me proud
Anyone else other than me thought that guitar solo at 21:50 was incredibly emotional. That melody there should have stood on its own. It would sound awesome for song!
it cold be different tunings or he didnt want to waste time retuning his guitar so he switched to another one while the previous was being tuned by someone.
The people who constantly stage dive are the ones who end up breaking peoples backs/necks/arms. This is a relatively low stage, but it just gets dangerous.
I know there are women that do it. My point is that it alienates many of them. Its not about being dangerous. that has never been the point. The point is to play music that is important to you in a way that is important to you, anything beyond that is illusory and artificial.
sooo annoying the girl in those green fucking shorts kept camping the stage and just for some reason it just bugged the shit out of me, but goddamn i wish i could see them live.
Thats what fugazi was trying to do. Keep the barriers and security out. I hate them. They start a lot of shit. My point is that we should try to not seriously injure eachother. Im fine with moshing, I think its fun and cathartic. But it often ends up being simply exclusionary, especially to women who are, on average, physically smaller than the main audience (men) of a lot of this music.
Hardcore and Punk never has been "safe". If you want a completely safe environment, go to a concert with barriers, and security, but please, keep that out of Hardcore.
Thanks for posting this. I was there and the energy they had was something else
So much damn emotion is thrown into each of their sets.
He was injured, half of his face was in blood. Keeps singing like nothing happend. Thats why this guys are one of my favorites.
I love how nice Jeremy is when he's talking, but as soon as the music starts,he just turns into an animal. Amazing.

gravity metaphorically is one of the greatest songs i've ever heard
i love that the TA guitarists have shown just how heavy fenders can be, it makes it less weird for me to play hardcore with a jazzmaster
"What have I become my sweetest friend
everyone I know goes away in the end."
Those lyrics belong to Nine Inch Nails, Johnny Cash did a splendid cover of the song. :3

"Gravity Metaphorically" is the name of the new song.
The basketball diaries :)
Touche Amore drinking game: take a shot every time Nick changes guitars.

Damn Nick is using a lot of guitars :D And Jeremy did an awesome job as always even though he was a bit "hurt"...dunno how to say it better :D

Is the second new song going to be on the split with The Casket Lottery? Says they are only doing Whale Belly and a cover on the No Sleep website.
Anybody know what the intro audio is? i loved it when they played it at leeds
jeremy cover by blood..the show must go on :P
What kind of camera do you use to record your videos? The sound quality is great.
Fucking perfect comment. I'm sure he was using a fish-eye lens too.
Love the dude at 8:00 who dives into...nobody. Ate shit like a champ.

So does anyone know about the intro? It was rather interesting..

What's the name of the 2nd new song? It's so good!
it cold be different tunings or he didnt want to waste time retuning his guitar so he switched to another one while the previous was being tuned by someone.
I'm pretty sure you're talking about Art Official.
You forgot O'Brother man, best band there IMO
Is it Ben Koller's SJC Drumset?)
The people who constantly stage dive are the ones who end up breaking peoples backs/necks/arms. This is a relatively low stage, but it just gets dangerous.
tons of folk do it in the UK too. haha.
Stage potatoes to the max
no theyre from jawbreaker, accident prone
other tunings
can some one tell me where that audio clip is from...
how many mics did you use?
Props to the guy in the Single Mothers shirt.
Different tunings most likely
Is that their old guitarist watching?
I know there are women that do it. My point is that it alienates many of them. Its not about being dangerous. that has never been the point. The point is to play music that is important to you in a way that is important to you, anything beyond that is illusory and artificial.
what's the first song?
WHY DOES HE GO THROUGH FOUR DIFFERENT GUITARS?
Jeremy sounds like badger from breaking bad lol
its from boy meets world dude
wats the song at 31:22
You're missing the whole part of crowd to band connection, but we obviously have very different ideals of hardcore. This is a pointless conversation.
24:10 I am deeply worried about Jeremy's adam's apple...
0.54 and 1.18....was fucking confused:D Déja Vu?
sooo annoying the girl in those green fucking shorts kept camping the stage and just for some reason it just bugged the shit out of me, but goddamn i wish i could see them live.
